Shipping issues - Wrong Address -Stolen Upon Delivery - Late Delivery

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you notice the mistake after placing order and we have not shipped it yet, we will update your address so please let us know right away. If you didn't receive your item or it was delivered to an incorrect address due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for the total order cost.

Simply Fabrics Co can not be held responsible for delayed packages due to USPS. Once the package is shipped with the USPS it is out of our control.

If any item arrives damaged a claim must be filed by the customer with the USPS.

Priority mail & Express mail include insurance. 1st Class mail does not include insurance, if you would like insurance contact me.

Can I return or exchange?
